Job Duties & Expectations:

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Execute service with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
Accommodate reasonable special requests while maintaining food quality and service standards.
Assist with daily food preparation and station setup to ensure a successful service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Properly operate and care for kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Communicate anticipated product shortages or inventory needs to the Executive Chef or kitchen leadership.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
Remain calm and efficient during busy service periods while maintaining high culinary standards.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or fine dining kitchen experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency.
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience.
