Job Duties & Expectations:

Cooks and executes proper plate presentation for menu items.
Accommodates reasonable requests from members and guests.
Possesses the ability to perform required role during fast-paced or emergency situations.
Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices.
Cleans assigned workstation areas, preparation and serving equipment.
Notifies Executive Chef or kitchen management in advance of expected product shortages.
